Welcome to our charming stone house, comprising 2 apartments, in Saint-Capraise-de-Lalinde, in the heart of the Périgord region. Our 55 m² gîte comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. You will have 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa, television, and dining area. The private kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. You benefit from private Wi-Fi and access to a shared washer/dryer in the common laundry room. Exceptional location: situated directly on the canal, on the Voie Verte V91 cycle path. Enjoy the shared landscaped garden for relaxation and waterside strolls. Bicycles are available free of charge. Village convenience (everything within walking distance): mini-market, bakery, restaurant just a few meters away, post office, community hall, electric vehicle charging stations. A coworking space is located right next door. Check-in from 4 PM – Check-out before 11 AM. Non-smoking accommodation. Common areas to be used with respect. We live on-site in separate accommodation. Pets accepted (max 2). Parties are not allowed. Free public parking nearby. The entrance and laundry room are shared. The bedrooms are on a mezzanine level (slight head clearance at the top of the stairs). The house is close to a main road. A few minutes away: shops and market in Lalinde. 20 minutes away: Bergerac vineyards. Activities: walks and cycling on the Voie Verte, canoeing, paddleboarding, wine tasting, medieval villages of the Périgord.
